Thread Safety

Public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are safe for multithreaded operations. Instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.

Remarks

The does not cover all the possible formats for RFC 5322 section 3.4 compliant email addresses. This class is used as an address wrapper to account for that deficiency.
